Breathe in, and breathe OUT. Last week, Hingham High School students took a refreshing break from their regular classes to participate in Get Out with Breathe Out Day, hosted by the Breathe Out Club, a student-led initiative that promotes mental health awareness and self-care. The club is advised by adjustment counselors Kevin Lalli and Jessica Hoguet.
This event focuses on the vital connection between outdoor activities, exercise, and self-care. Students enjoyed sports, creative activities, and relaxation in the great outdoors.

The Hingham High Varsity Volleyball team and the Cancer Kids First Club hosted their inaugural Dig Turquoise event in honor of Adelia the Wonder Girl, raising $1,800 for the Dana Farber/Boston Children's Brain Tumor Center through a bake sale and donations. Senior Clara Reive, club president and player on the team introduced Adelia’s mom, Meryl, who expressed her gratitude to the crowd. 🩵 Special thanks to the organizers and everyone who donated to support this important cause. While Hingham fell to Duxbury, the team's dedication to raising awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research was the true victory of the night. 📸 - Josh Ross
